Opt-in messages that sell

What are WhatsApp marketing services?

WhatsApp marketing services help a business send useful messages to customers who agreed to hear from it on WhatsApp. That covers order updates, COD confirmations, abandoned cart reminders, restock alerts and festive offers. A proper WhatsApp marketing company works only through the official WhatsApp Business API, with templates approved by Meta and a record of every opt-in. Replies land in a shared team inbox, so enquiries get answered.

Email does a different job. It suits newsletters, product guides and longer offers, and costs little per send. Most brands get better results when one WhatsApp marketing agency plans both channels together. Customers then get each message once, on the channel that fits it. We measure the work by repeat orders, recovered carts and unsubscribe rate. Open rates alone do not tell you much.

Why your business needs WhatsApp marketing services

Email and WhatsApp are channels you own. There is no ad auction and no algorithm deciding who sees your message, so the cost per sale is often low. Zenspire Media runs WhatsApp marketing services and email as one retention programme. We grow your lists with clear consent and split them by what people bought and browsed. Then we send messages that are timely and easy to act on. We judge the work by repeat revenue and unsubscribe rate.

On WhatsApp we use only the official WhatsApp Business API, approved templates and contacts who opted in. We do not use grey-market bulk senders that get numbers banned. On email we set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, clean the list and protect your sending reputation so mail lands in the inbox. Automated flows cover welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back messages. Planned campaigns cover launches, festive sales and new offers.

FAQs

Questions about WhatsApp marketing services

Still unsure? Call +91 70180 62319 or message us on WhatsApp.

Can we send WhatsApp messages to our whole contact list?

Only to people who opted in to hear from you on WhatsApp. Meta requires consent for business-initiated messages. Messaging people who did not agree leads to blocks, a low quality rating and possible limits on your number. We help you collect opt-ins at checkout, on website forms and in-store, and keep a record of each consent.

What is the WhatsApp Business API and do we need it?

The API is the official way for businesses to message customers at scale. It supports automated replies, approved templates and links to a CRM or Shopify store. The free WhatsApp Business app is enough for a very small team. Once you need automation, several agents on one number or broadcast campaigns, you need the API through an approved provider.

How much do WhatsApp marketing services cost?

Meta charges per message or conversation, based on its current pricing model, the message category and the country of the recipient. The categories are marketing, utility, authentication and service. Providers such as Interakt or WATI add a platform fee. Marketing messages cost more than utility ones, so we put each message in the right category and keep monthly costs predictable. Our own management fee is quoted separately after a short call, based on scope.

Why are our emails going to spam?

Common causes are missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, old or purchased lists, sudden jumps in volume and content that few people open. Gmail and Yahoo now expect bulk senders to authenticate and offer one-click unsubscribe. We fix the technical setup, clean the list, increase volume slowly and send mainly to subscribers who engage.

Do you offer bulk WhatsApp marketing?

Only to opted-in contacts, through the official WhatsApp Business API. Bulk WhatsApp marketing through unofficial sender tools reaches people who never agreed, and those numbers often get banned by Meta. We send broadcast campaigns only to customers who opted in, using approved templates. That keeps your quality rating healthy and your number safe.

Should we use email or WhatsApp?

Usually both, for different jobs. WhatsApp suits short, time-sensitive messages like order updates, COD confirmations, restock alerts and appointment reminders. Email suits longer content such as newsletters, product guides and detailed offers, and costs less per send. We plan the two together so a customer does not get the same message on both channels.

Which platforms do your WhatsApp marketing services use?

For email we use Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo and similar tools. For WhatsApp we work with Business API providers such as Interakt, WATI and Gupshup. We connect them to Shopify, WooCommerce and custom carts. If you already pay for a platform, we usually keep it and improve the setup so you do not have to migrate.
