Email API

What is an email API?

An email API lets your website, app or software send emails automatically: order confirmations, password resets, invoices, alerts and reports. SMTP relay does the same job for systems that already send email and just need a reliable server to send through.

Getting emails into the inbox depends on how your domain is set up and how you send. We configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, keep transactional mail separate from marketing mail and handle bounces and unsubscribes, which Gmail and Yahoo now require from bulk senders.

What you get with email api & smtp

FAQs

Questions about email api & smtp

Still unsure? Call +91 70180 62319 or message us on WhatsApp.

What is the difference between an email API and SMTP?

Both send email. The API is called from code and gives you more control and data, while SMTP is a standard protocol that almost any software can use by changing its mail settings. You can use both on the same account.

Why are my emails going to spam?

Usually because the domain is not authenticated, the sending IP or domain has a poor reputation, or people mark the emails as spam. We fix the setup with SPF, DKIM and DMARC and help you keep complaint and bounce rates low.

Can I send marketing emails too?

Yes, to people who have opted in. We keep marketing and transactional streams separate so a newsletter never slows down a password reset.

What do Gmail and Yahoo require from bulk senders?

Senders of large volumes must authenticate their domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, offer one-click unsubscribe in marketing emails and keep spam complaint rates low. We set this up as part of onboarding.

Do I need a dedicated IP address?

Only at higher, steady volumes. Most businesses do well on a well-managed shared pool. We advise you in the demo based on your volume.

How is the email API priced?

It depends on monthly volume and features. Book a demo and we will share a written quote.
