VoxReply Terms of Use and Privacy

Last updated 28 October 2026

These terms apply to VoxReply, a browser extension made by Zenspire Media ("we", "us"), and to your VoxReply account at zenspiremedia.com. By creating an account, activating a license key or using the extension, you agree to them.

1. What VoxReply does

VoxReply helps you write comments, replies and messages on LinkedIn. It drafts text using an AI model that you connect, and places the draft you choose into LinkedIn's text box. VoxReply does not post, like, connect or send messages on its own: you review every draft and decide whether to publish it.

2. Your license

  • A license lets you use VoxReply on the number of browsers ("seats") shown in your account, for the period you have paid for or the length of your free trial.
  • License keys are personal to you or, on a Team plan, to your team members. Do not publish or resell them. We may suspend keys that are shared beyond their seats.
  • You can move a seat to another browser from your account. To prevent sharing, the number of browsers you can remove in a 30-day period is limited.
  • Free trials are limited to one per person and per browser.

3. Plans, payments and renewal

  • Plans are prepaid for the period you choose. They do not renew automatically and we never charge you without your action. We email you before your plan ends.
  • Renewing adds the new period on top of any time left. If a paid plan lapses, VoxReply keeps working for a short grace period and then pauses until you renew.
  • Prices are shown in Indian rupees on the pricing page and in your account before you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; bank and UPI transfers are confirmed by our team.
  • For questions about a payment or a refund, email info@zenspiremedia.com. We review refund requests case by case, and as required by law.

4. Your AI provider

VoxReply works with an AI model you choose, such as Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Groq or a model running on your own computer. You create the key with that provider, under their terms. Any charges or usage limits from the provider are between you and them.

5. Using VoxReply responsibly

  • You are responsible for everything you post. Read drafts before publishing them, and make sure they are accurate and fair.
  • Use VoxReply in line with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, and the law. Do not use it for spam, harassment, impersonation, misleading claims or bulk unsolicited messages.
  • Do not try to bypass the license check, copy, decompile, or resell the extension.

6. Privacy: what we collect and what we never see

Stays in your browser, never sent to us: the LinkedIn posts, comments and messages VoxReply reads, your voice profiles, your drafts and saved comments, your statistics, and your AI provider keys. Posts and prompts go directly from your browser to the AI provider you selected, and nowhere else. If you use a local model, nothing leaves your computer.

Sent to our license server: your license key, a random ID created by the extension for your browser, a browser label (such as "Chrome on macOS"), the extension version, and the time of each check. We also store a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse. The extension checks your license about twice a day.

Your account: your name, email, optional phone and company, your password (stored as a secure hash), your plan, payments and receipts. Card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay or your bank; we do not receive them.

We use this information to provide and support VoxReply, prevent misuse, send account emails (such as your license key, receipts and renewal reminders) and meet legal duties. We do not sell it. You can ask us to correct or delete your account data by emailing info@zenspiremedia.com; we keep payment records for as long as the law requires. Our general privacy policy covers the rest of our website.

7. Updates and availability

We improve VoxReply over time. LinkedIn changes its pages regularly, and AI providers change their models; we work to keep VoxReply compatible but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. If the license server cannot be reached, the extension keeps working for up to seven days from its last successful check.

8. Warranty and liability

VoxReply is provided "as is". AI-generated text can be wrong or unsuitable, which is why you review it before posting. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by LinkedIn or your AI provider on your accounts, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for VoxReply in the three months before the claim.

9. Suspension and ending

You can stop using VoxReply at any time. We may suspend or end a license that breaks these terms, after telling you where reasonable. Unused prepaid time is not refunded when a license is ended for a breach.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes by email or in your account. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mohali, Punjab have jurisdiction.
